Sofia Art Academy, founded in 1993 in Dallas, Texas and opened branch in Miami, Florida in 2012, providing a traditional European-style classical art school's program.
By utilizing best traditions of European art academies, our students successfully achieve strong knowledge in classical traditional style painting, drawing and composition.
Based on over thirty years experience of teaching traditional art in Europe and US, we developed a very unique, formal four-level art program, that works for teaching art classes to kids, teenagers and adults. Our program has proven to be a great success. Students of Sofia Art Academy gain knowledge and experience of the "Old Masters" techniques taught in best European art academies and ateliers for centuries.
We are specializing in preparing young students for successful auditions to Magnet schools as well as helping to build their fine art portfolios for submitting to art school of their choice. For our teenage students - we are preparing them and their art portfolios for submission to the best art and design colleges of USA and the World.
Moreover, for so many years we've got an absolutely successful record of our students' portfolios win scholarships, so we're truly become an Art Portfolio Specialists! And, we're so proud of all of our students and all the great awards they have won!!
